Weekend

This past weekend was kind of fun, but I'm starting to feel like I'm a hermit.

I left from work for Lancaster to see my friend Zach, whom I've talked to everyday for the past four years but never actually hung out with. Besides my best friend Jack, who I've known for 18+ years, Zach is literally my best friend and knows everything about me. Everything. He was 1,000 times cooler in person than I already thought he would be. We just got food at Sheetz and chilled at his house and watched movies and stuff. So that was fun. Except it took me like 2 and a half hours to get there (instead of one) because of traffic delays and rain on the highways so everyone drives like 20 miles an hour. Oh, and because my GPS lied to me. Then on the way home it was still raining so instead of doing the speed limit, I was actually going slower. But overall, the best day I've had in a looong time. Then I got home and everything went to hell. But we won't get into that.

Saturday I basically slept and cuddled with the puppies and worked on house breaking. Took some stacked pictures of Kaleb, played fetch with Roxie for like 5 hours as usual. Sunday was the same. Yesterday, had dinner with family and Bobby's parents and Bobby. Today, work (was glad to be back, actually) and had my first class of the semester. Night class, Criminal Justice Tuesdays 6:30-9:30 PM. My English class doesn't start until October (accelerated class) on Mondays & Wednesdays 6:30-8:30 PM. Thursdays I have a computer class from 6:30-9:30 PM. Nothing on Friday. So for now, I have Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays off. And I have an online criminology class. Bah. If you couldn't tell I'm a criminal justice major. I think I wanna go to school out in cow town AKA the Lancaster area. So quiet out there. Me and the doggies in an apartment, I love the idea of getting the hell out of this area.

My life feels so repetitive. I hate it. I want to break the cycle. I'm having quarter life crisis. *Whine*

Have nothing better to do but than be downright nasty. I'm not one of those people. Hm watching The Hills crap all day has given me a headache...think I'll go back to cuddling with Rox and the Kaleb monster. He really has been an angel since he's been home though. No accidents, done everything outside as soon as he was let out. Only problem is the crate! And his ear cup is funny. Can't WAIT for the comments about his ears being "butchered."

I love this boy already.

Today just sucked. I woke up at 9:18, aka 18 minutes after my shift starts. I hate being late. I'm always punctual. Except for today. Luckily my boss is amazing and she wasn't mad at all. Seriously, be jealous you don't have my job.

Mom had an appointment at Jefferson for a cardiac catheterization today and they found no blockages. So she worried all week and they didn't even find anything.

Also just found out some of the most devastating information of my life. It was a reminder of why I trust no one. But life moves on, right?

Got new glasses if you couldn't tell. I like them. They're actually a metallic, deep brown but of course my black hair makes them look black.
